For New Clients • 90 Minutes
Your first appointment includes additional time for a comprehensive occupational therapy assessment so we can look beyond where you're experiencing pain and better understand what may be contributing to your symptoms.
We'll discuss your health history, current concerns, daily activities, movement patterns, posture, mobility, areas of fascial restriction, and your personal goals. From there, we'll begin your individualized treatment, which may include Myofascial Release, therapeutic movement and education, and Dolphin Neurostim techniques when appropriate.
The additional 30 minutes allows us to complete your assessment without taking time away from your hands-on treatment.
